| Built in 1895, as the residence of Joseph Steefel, an Albany clothier, this lovely home was acquired through donations by the founders of The Woman’s Club of Albany in 1919. The Second Floor was remodeled as a ballroom / auditorium, offering a grand open space for gatherings of up to one hundred people. More Photos | |
2010 Rental Fee schedule
Downstairs $200 - 4 hours 4 – 6 hours $300
over 6 hours, add $100 an hour, max fee $500 a day
Entire Clubhouse $400 - 4 hours 4 – 6 hours $500
over 6 hours, add $100 an hour, max fee $700 a day
Piano recital special Ballroom rental $200
all fees include set-up and take-down
All rentals must end by 12:00am
a 25% down payment will secure the date
Refundable if event is cancelled within 10 days of event
the following must be received by 10 days prior to the event:
the Rental Fee balance
a security deposit of $250,
redundable within 10 days after event
and a certificate of insurance
