Built in 1895, as the residence of Joseph Steefel, an Albany clothier, this lovely home was acquired through donations by the founders of The Woman’s Club of Albany in 1919. The Second Floor was remodeled as a ballroom / auditorium, offering a grand open space for gatherings of up to one hundred people.

Rental Arrangements
Based on single time usage of 4 hours or less.

For weddings and large events fees will be based on an 8 hour minimum and rental of the entire house.

Base Fees:
Entire First Floor: $200
Entire House: $400
Additional Hours : Available at $35 per hour

Deposit: 25% of the total fee is required at the time of reservation and is refundable if cancelled no later than ten days prior to the reserved date.
Balance due in full 24 hours prior to the event.
